ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah has announced that his party will support the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in the upcoming no-confidence motion in Azad Kashmir.

However, he added that the PML-N will not become part of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) government.

Speaking to the media at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad after a meeting between leaders of both parties, Rana Sanaullah said that the PML-N parliamentary party had decided not to place its confidence in the current AJK government.

He added that once the present government completes its term, free and fair elections would be held in Azad Jammu and Kashmir to ensure a democratic transition.
