ISLAMABAD: As Israeli killings of Palestinian continued with unchecked bombing on civilian population, President Dr Arif Alvi today visited the embassy of Palestine here to express solidarity with the Palestinian people.

During the meeting, he called upon the international community to condemn Israel’s brutalities and killing thousands of innocent people. He also stressed the need to open a humanitarian corridor to dispatch relief goods to the besieged people. He said Pakistan would always stand by Palestine and would only accept a solution that was acceptable to the Palestinians.

The Palestinian ambassador thanked the president and termed Israel’s actions in Gaza as genocide of the Palestinian people.
