Deputy Commissioner Munir Ahmed Durrani has directed private schools to ensure compliance with the court’s decision. The ban will take effect in accordance with the official notification.

Officials warned that strict action would be taken against private schools found collecting fees during holidays. Schools charging fees for winter vacations could face cancellation of their registration and sealing of their premises.

The deputy commissioner has also urged parents to report any violations to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office or the relevant education department authorities.

Officials said complaints would help ensure timely action against schools that disregard the court’s ruling.
