ISLAMABAD: Chief Election Commissioner Sikendar Sultan Raja has ordered an investigation into the death of four officials of the commission in Sindh.
The four officials of the Election Commission of Pakistan were found dead at the local office of the ECP in Gotki, Sindh, early on Wednesday.
According to the district health officer of Gotki, the four ECP officials had died of gas suffocation.
The chief election commissioner took notice of the incident and ordered an investigation into it.
He said that a report should be filed to his office on priority basis after collecting details about the death of the officials.
