Protests Erupt Across Europe Over Rising Living Costs, Unemployment

EUROPE: Protests against rising inflation, unemployment and government policies have erupted in several European countries, with clashes between demonstrators and police reported in multiple cities.

In Rome, the capital of Italy, clashes broke out between protesters and police. According to media reports, 11 people were arrested, while 96 others were taken into custody.

In Barcelona, Spain, several people were reportedly injured during clashes between demonstrators and police.

Meanwhile, in Brussels, Belgium, police used tear gas and pepper spray during confrontations with anti-government protesters.

Protests were also reported in Albania, as public discontent over economic pressures and government policies continued to fuel demonstrations across the region.

The PO organizers said that the protests would continue till the governments brought meaningful changes to provide tangible relief to the masses on permanent basis.
