MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) is set to host Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches as part of efforts to promote sports and development in the region.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the Muzaffarabad Cricket Stadium will be upgraded with world-class facilities to host the matches.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated that, in addition to PSL games, other international cricket matches will also be held in AJK. High-standard five-star hotels are available for international players, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The initiative highlights Pakistan’s commitment to fostering peace and development in the region through sports, offering a positive contrast to the unrest in Indian-occupied Kashmir.
