PTI Postpones Scheduled Public Gathering

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced the postponement of its public gathering that was scheduled to be held tomorrow – Thursday.

The announcement was made by PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan while speaking in the National Assembly. He stated that the decision was taken on the instructions of the party’s founder in the interest of goodwill and national harmony.

Barrister Gohar expressed hope that the recently discussed two-week ceasefire in political tensions would lead to a more lasting understanding among political parties. He emphasized that all sides should avoid violations and work towards stability.

He further said that despite having strong reservations against the government, PTI welcomed recent engagement from the government side and viewed it as a positive step.

The PTI chairman reiterated that the postponement of the rally reflects the party’s intent to support a constructive political environment in the country.
