LAHORE: The Punjab government has announced a new petrol subsidy for motorcycle owners, allowing them to purchase up to 20 liters of petrol at a discounted rate of Rs100 per liter.
To avail the subsidy, motorcycle owners can contact the helpline by dialing 1000, use the “Maryam Ko Batain” mobile app, or register through the official Punjab government web portal.
In addition, the government confirmed that no charges will be applied for motorcycle registration or transfer, making it easier for residents to access the relief.
Officials said the initiative is part of a broader relief package aimed at reducing the financial burden on everyday commuters in Punjab.
