The programme aims to provide young people across Punjab with free training in digital skills, freelancing and other advanced competencies needed to access employment opportunities in the global digital economy.
According to the provincial government, the programme has set a target of training a total of one million young people.
The fourth batch includes more than 26 courses covering a range of technology and digital skills. The initiative is designed to help participants pursue both traditional employment and freelance work in international digital markets.
Training will be provided free of charge to selected participants, while merit-based scholarship cards are also part of the programme.
The government said seats for the fourth batch are limited and encouraged interested applicants to submit their applications in a timely manner.
The initiative also focuses on enabling young people to generate new sources of income by providing digital services and working through global freelancing platforms.
The Punjab government said equipping young people with modern IT and digital skills is a key objective of the programme and is intended to expand their access to emerging employment opportunities.
