NEW YORK: There has been a quick increase in mugging incidents in New York City’s Central Park located in the heart of Manhattan.

The string of street crime incidents just in two days has however sent shockwaves through the community. The locals said on Thursday evening, a woman was assaulted by a criminal near the intersection of West 97th Street and West Drive.
