RAWALPINDI: Security forces eliminated 13 terrorists affiliated with the Indian-supported Khawarij in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), eight terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Bannu, while another five were neutralized during a security forces operation in Kurram.
The killed terrorists were involved in several terrorist activities. A clearance operation is still ongoing in the region to eliminate any potential remaining terrorists.
ISPR reaffirmed the commitment of security forces to continue operations until terrorism is completely eradicated. It emphasized that the counter-terrorism campaign will continue with full force under the Vision of Stability, and any threat to national security will be met with decisive action.
