ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan Advocate Shazia Tasleem Kasi has been appointed as the Central President of an organization dedicated to women’s and children’s rights. She will serve in this role under the United Nations Charter until 2027.
As Central President, Shazia Kasi will represent the implementation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN Chapter) at both national and international levels.
Advocate Kasi has previously held important positions in the Bar Council and has been recognized with various awards for her services.
