The court ordered that in the next hearing, there should be progress made in the case to trace the missing persons

Earlier, the court had rejected a report submitted by the police and the joint investigation team on missing persons and directed them to trace the missing persons at all costs.

When Justice Niamat Ullah Pulpheto took up the case, the report was submitted to him by the police and the JIT. However, the judge rejected it and reprimanded the police and the JIT terming it a wastage of time.

The judge ordered the authorities concerned to probe the matter from all angles and produce the missing poo persons otherwise action would be ordered against the investigating officers.

The court said that if the JIT had failed to trace the missing persons even after holding 26 meetings it was wastage of time and of no value.

The court then adjourned the hearing till December 6 with the direction to trace the missing persons by then.
