NEW YORK: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif attended the Arab-Islamic Summit, hosted jointly by U.S. President Donald Trump and the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Ahead of the summit, the Prime Minister held a series of bilateral meetings with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, King Abdullah II of Jordan, and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
These meetings were characterized by warm handshakes, informal and candid conversations, and meaningful exchanges among the world leaders.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and U.S. President Donald Trump exchanged pleasantries at the Arab-Islamic Summit in New York. The leaders engaged in an informal meeting marked by a warm handshake and a candid, cordial conversation.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar was also present on the occasion, accompanying the Prime Minister during the summit.
