BHIMBER: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday said that General Asim Munir’s commitment to the Kashmir cause is unwavering and Pakistan will continue to extend full moral and diplomatic support to the people of occupied Kashmir.
He said that India had spread a reign of terror in occupied Kashmir to prolong its illegal rule in the disputed territory. He said the international community would have to fulfill the promise of ensuring the right to self-determination for the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The prime minister said that he was sure that one day Kashmir will become free from Indian illegal occupation.
The Prime Minister said that economic challenges in the country were decreasing, the economy is improving, exports and remittances are increasing, and the interest rates are expected to be further reduced in the review of the State Bank.
He stated this after laying the foundation stone of the Daanish School system in the Bhimber district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that the Daanish School System will realize the dreams of the underprivileged and deserving children to acquire quality education.
Prime Minister Sharif said that the school will have separate campuses for boys and girls. The school will be started in a record time of one year.
He said the foundation stone of the Daanish School System will also be laid in two more districts of Azad Kashmir soon.
Daanish Schools were first opened by the PML-N government of Punjab many years ago to cater to the poor sections of society.
