Uzair Baloch JIT report issue: Sindh Govt. appeal appoints for hearing in SC

3 Judge bench will hear the case on 26 June

ISLAMABAD/KARACHI: Sindh Government appeal has been appointed in Supreme Court on Saturday regarding Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report to be made public of Uzair Baloch case.

Provincial Government has consulted with Supreme Court against the verdict of Sindh High Court (SHC).

A three Judge bench of SC headed by Justice Umer Ata Bandial will hear the case on 26 June.

The provincial government had ordered to make public the JIT report in Uzair Baloch case.

Sindh Government has made Federal Minister Ali Zaidi a partner in the appeal.
