South Africa To Visit Pakistan For Test Series After In October

LAHORE: South Africa is set to tour Pakistan for the first time in over four years to play Test series, according to the PCB.

Cricket fans in Pakistan have reason to celebrate as the South African cricket team is set to visit the country for the first time in over four years.

According to sources, the South African team’s tour is expected to last around a month, although Cricket South Africa prefers to keep the visit relatively short.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has proposed tentative dates for all formats of the series. The first Test match is scheduled for October 12, followed by the second Test on October 20, with Lahore and Rawalpindi being considered as venues.

A three-match One-Day International (ODI) series is proposed for the last week of October, while a three-match T20 International series could potentially begin in the first week of November.

Sources added that the final schedule will be confirmed only after discussions between the two cricket boards. Dates and venues may still be subject to change.
