Nawaz to arrive in Lahore in special plane from Dubai

About 150 people including PML-N leaders and media persons will accompany ex-prime minister in "Hope Pakistan" flight.

LAHORE: A special plane has been chartered for Nawaz Sharif to fly from Dubai to Lahore on October 21, it emerged on Tuesday.

Mr Sharif will leave England for Saudi Arabia on October 10 where he will perform Umrah and then proceed to Dubai on October 17 or 18.

The special plane that will bring the former prime minister to Pakistan had been named as ‘Hope Pakistan’.

About 150 people including party leaders and media persons will accompany the PML-N supremo. The plane is expected to land first in Islamabad and then fly to Lahore.

Mr Sharif is expected to address a public gathering in Minar-e-Pakistan soon after his arrival from Dubai for which the PML-N has strated arrangements.
