ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a strong bullish trend on Thursday as the benchmark KSE-100 Index once again crossed the 183,000-point mark.
At the start of the fourth trading day of the business week, the market opened on a positive note, gaining more than 1,000 points. The KSE-100 Index surged to 183,717 points, reflecting renewed investor confidence.
On the previous trading day, the benchmark index had closed at 182,569 points.
Market analysts attribute the upward momentum to improved investor sentiment and expectations of economic stability. The continued rally highlights growing optimism in the equity market amid favorable economic indicators.
