There are 36/9, I considered as 369, Shoaib Akhtar’s interesting comment on defeat at the hands of Australia

Indian cricket team dropped to its lowest score of 36 in the Adelaide Test. Earlier, the lowest total was 42 which was made in 1974 in the Lord’s Test against England.

India’s 9 batsmen out while Mohammad Shami retired hurt, not a single Indian player could enter the double figure. Josh Hazelwood 5 and Pat Cummins 4 wickets. Limited to 191 in the first innings, the Australian team got a target of only 90 runs for victory which Australia easily achieved by 2 wickets.

Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar while commenting on India’s humiliating defeat at the hands of Australia said that Australia has not beaten India. When I saw the match, 9 players were out for 36 runs but I thought it was 369 runs. A closer look revealed that the entire team had returned to the pavilion with only 36 runs. Former fast bowler Akram also did not lag behind, he says, he went to play golf, when he came back the match was over. India cannot easily forget this defeat.

India scored 244 in the first innings and only 36 in the second innings. The Australians scored 191 in the first innings and 93 for 2 in the second innings.
