QUETTA: Three police personnel, including a sub-inspector, were martyred and another injured when terrorists opened fire on a police mobile in the jurisdiction of New Saryab police station.
According to police, unidentified terrorists indiscriminately fired at the patrolling vehicle, resulting in the martyrdom of a sub-inspector and two constables on the spot, while one official sustained injuries.
Following the incident, a search operation was launched in the area.
Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti strongly condemned the attack, stating that such acts will not weaken the state. He vowed to bring the terrorists to justice and said the enemies will be given a strong response.
