The 36-year-old actor purchased the 1,400-square-foot apartment in July 2018 for Rs76.1 million. The sale agreement was registered on October 22, 2026, reportedly earning him a profit of Rs13.9 million.
Reports also highlighted Shroff’s other property transactions. Last year, he sold a larger apartment in the same residential project for Rs156 million, reportedly making a profit of around 31 per cent.
Earlier this year, he also sold an apartment in Pune for Rs88.7 million.
The latest property sale comes days after a shooting incident in Mumbai’s Juhu area, where unidentified individuals reportedly fired at Shroff’s vehicle.
However, no connection between the shooting incident and the apartment sale has been established.
