WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump has aid Iran and Israel should make a deal and there will soon be peace between the two countries.
In a statement released on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump said that many meetings and phone calls had been taking place, adding Iran and Israel will make a deal.
“This will be a deal like the one I made between India and Pakistan,” Trump claimed, adding, “I used trade argument with the United States in the Pakistan-India deal; talked to two great leaders who could make a quick decision and everything stopped.”
The US president said that he does a lot of things, but does not get credit for anything. But no matter, people understand everything.
Trump also mentioned the signing of agreements between Serbia and Kosovo and Egypt and Ethiopia during his first term in office.
“At the end of his statement, Trump said, “Make the Middle East great again.”
