WASHINGTON: Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky met with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House during which he had to face harsh words from both Trump and his vice president to end the war with Russia in front of media representatives.

During the meeting, Vice President J.D. Vance said the path to peace between Russia and Ukraine passes through U.S. diplomatic efforts, including talks with the Russian president.
