WASHINGTON: The United States has reaffirmed its Level 3 travel advisory for Pakistan, urging its citizens to carefully reconsider any travel plans to the country.
According to the US Department of State, citizens have been specifically advised against traveling to certain areas of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to ongoing security concerns and potential risks.
In addition, non-emergency US diplomatic personnel and their families stationed in Lahore and Karachi have been instructed to depart from Pakistan as a precautionary measure.
Meanwhile, the current operational status of the US Embassy in Islamabad remains unchanged, with normal functioning continuing as usual.
