KARACHI: Flight operations from Pakistan to the Middle East continue to be significantly disrupted due to the ongoing war in the region, resulting in multiple cancellations today.
According to reports, 26 flights from Karachi to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi have been canceled, with an additional 10 flights facing delays. From Lahore, 18 flights bound for Middle Eastern destinations have been canceled, while Islamabad has seen 20 flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah called off. Over the past 11 days, the cumulative number of canceled flights from Pakistan to the Middle East has reached approximately 1,600.
The ongoing cancellations have left substantial impact on air travel, causing inconvenience for passengers and highlighting the broader operational challenges faced by airlines connecting Pakistan to the Middle East.
