RAIWIND: Five people lost their lives and 20 others were injured in a road traffic accident on Raiwind Jiya Baga Road on Sunday.
According to rescue officials, the incident occurred when a wedding bus collided with a trailer, causing severe damage to both the vehicles.
The injured, which included both men and women, were immediately attended to by rescue teams. Many of the injured were reported to be in critical condition and receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals.
Authorities were continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. the dead bodies were shifted to nearby hospitals and later handed over to the relatives of the deceased.
