Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) recorded the sharpest increase, rising 22.44% in a single week. Petrol prices, meanwhile, fell by 3.63% during the same period.

According to the PBS, LPG prices surged by 107% year-on-year, while onion prices increased by 72.81%. Electricity charges rose by 58.59%, petrol prices by 44.17%, and diesel prices by 41.56%.
