Weekly Quetta-Zahidan Air Service Begins

QUETTA: The first Iran Air flight from Quetta to Zahidan departed with 75 passengers on board, marking the launch of a weekly service between the two cities.

According to the Pakistan Airports Authority, a simple but dignified ceremony was held to mark the occasion. The event was attended by the Iranian Consul General, the Airport Manager, the Chief Security Officer, ASF officials, and representatives of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce.

Iran Air flight IR-824 left Quetta at 11:30 p.m. for Zahidan on Thursday night. Earlier, the inaugural flight from Zahidan had landed in Quetta at 9:15 p.m.

The airline announced that it will operate one weekly flight on Thursdays between Quetta and Zahidan.
