Written Order Issued on Suspension of Imran & Wife’s Sentences

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has issued a written order regarding the suspension of sentences of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Bushra Bibi in the £190 million case.

The order was released by Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.

According to the written order, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Special Prosecutor informed the court that he is prepared to present arguments in the main appeals.

Meanwhile, defense counsel Salman Safdar requested additional time to seek instructions from his clients.

The court has adjourned further hearing of the case until April 6.
