NA-75 Daska by-election declared null and void, ECP orders re-election

Election Commission of Pakistan annulled the by-election of NA-75 Daska and ordered re-election in the entire constituency.

Led by the Chief Election Commissioner, the ECP heard the PML-N’s petition against alleged rigging and mismanagement in the by-polls of NA-75 Daska.

In a brief decision, the Election Commission has stated that the by-elections in National Assembly constituency 75 Daska were not held in a transparent manner. The commission annulled the by-election of NA-75 Daska and ordered re-election in the entire constituency.
