ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud to discuss the regional situation, with particular focus on the recent round of talks held in Doha.
The two leaders expressed satisfaction over the positive progress achieved during the negotiations and voiced hope that the dialogue process would continue in the coming days.
Prince Faisal praised Pakistan’s efforts and commitment to implementing the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
He also commended Islamabad’s constructive role in promoting dialogue and supporting lasting peace and stability in the region.
