ISLAMABAD: On the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi SAW, the sentences of prisoners have been reduced by one month across the country.
Prisoners who have completed two-thirds of their sentences and those under 18 have also been given a 30-day pardon.
However, there will be no reduction in the sentences of prisoners involved in terrorism, anti-state activities, corruption and damage to the national exchequer.
