Where from property and assets built? NAB sent a questionnaire to Maulana Fazlur Rehman

NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa sent a questionnaire to Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on corruption charges. Fazlur Rehman has been asked to submit a reply with evidence by December 24, while, in case of non-submission, action will be taken as per law.

The questionnaire states that Maulana Fazlur Rehman should provide details of his father’s sources of income, details of property purchased and inherited by his father, and details of inheritance received by his parents from himself and his family.

NAB also asked Fazlur Rehman about the source of income of the properties owned by him and directed him to give details of his annual sources of income, to buy 64 kanals of different lands in DI Khan, 2 kanals 15 marla agricultural land purchased in his son’s name, Multan Cantt.

The source of income for buying 5 marla land in the name of his son, if any other land that he or his family has bought in someone else’s name, also give the source of income, NAB KP asked in the questionnaire.

NAB asked Gul Asghar, Noor Asghar, Mohammad Jalal, Sher Bahadur, Mohammad Ashraf, Abdul Rauf, Shaukat Khan, Din Mohammad, Yasir, Abrar Ali Shah, Sharifullah, Tak Khan, Haji Shahzada, Abrar Ahmad and Mohammad Ramzan from his party. What is the relation of in addition to the land? NAB lso sought details of the property purchased, assets sold to his family. It also asked for hotels, shops and houses built in the name of others.

NAB asked Maulana Fazlur Rehman to submit the details of election expenses, the expenses and objectives of his and his family trips abroad, bank accounts, if he was using someone else’s account. The anti-corruption watchdog also sought details of the madrassas run under JUI-F chief auspices, their accounts, assets, registration details and income from the madrassas.

NAB directed Fazlur Rehman to give details of tax returns of his own, his close friends, party people on government land. It also asked for details of bank accounts of his in the country and abroad, details of party assets.
