Aamer Atozai discusses education initiatives with Brilliance Foundation

NEW YORK: Consul General of Pakistan in New York Aamer Ahmed Atozai met representatives of the Brilliance Foundation, who briefed him on the foundation’s educational and community development initiatives in Pakistan.
During the meeting, the foundation representatives shared details of a scholarship program being launched in collaboration with the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK University).
Under the initiative, 30 students from the 2025 batch will receive scholarships for the duration of their degree programs. The program, valued at approximately $45,000 over three years, aims to support orphaned and financially disadvantaged students.
The delegation also highlighted the Foundation’s online education and student support programs designed to expand educational opportunities for deserving youth in Pakistan.
The consul general appreciated the foundation’s efforts to promote education and support underprivileged students, and commended the contributions of the Pakistani-American community towards Pakistan’s educational and social development.
