CHIRIKOT: Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Faisal Mumtaz Rathore celebrated Eid with soldiers of the Pakistan Army deployed at the Chirikot sector along the Line of Control.
During his visit, the premier paid tribute to the sacrifices and unwavering commitment of the armed forces in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty. He lauded the high morale of the troops, calling their dedication a source of national pride.
Speaking on the occasion, Rathore said that the success of recent military operations sends a strong message to adversaries, reaffirming that Pakistan’s defense remains strong and resilient. He added that the entire nation stands firmly behind its armed forces.
The AJK prime minister also reiterated support for the Kashmiri people’s struggle, expressing confidence that the day is not far when freedom will prevail in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The visit was marked by solidarity and appreciation, as the prime minister joined troops in Eid celebrations at the frontline.
