PARIS: Pakistan’s Ambassador to France Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has emphasized the need to expand cooperation between Pakistan, France and the wider Francophone world.
She made these remarks while addressing the Association of Pakistani Francophone Professionals (AFFP) at an event held at the Pakistani Embassy in Paris.
The ambassador highlighted the important role of professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and civil society in strengthening people-to-people linkages and building bridges between the two countries. She said such engagement is vital for deepening bilateral cooperation.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch appreciated the efforts of the AFFP in promoting professional networking and encouraging cultural dialogue among communities.
She also praised the Pakistani diaspora in France for its active participation in local democratic processes, including local elections, and for its positive contribution to French society and the continued friendship between Pakistan and France.
