One killed, five injured in attack on Indian air force

SRINAGAR: One personnel was killed and five other officials of the Indian Air Force were injured in an armed attack on their convoy in the occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to reports, the air force officials were injured when armed men opened fire on their convoy in the Poonch district of occupied Kashmir. Soon after the incident, army and police personnel reached the sport and cordoned off the are. The injured personnel were rushed to the Command Hospital in Udhampur where one of them died.

He was identified as Corporal Vicky Pahade killed. The soldier was from Madhya Pradesh’s Chhindwara district and was a resident of Nonia-Karbal village.
