Hamas says Gaza will be rebuilt and will rise stronger

Palestinian resistance organization Hamas has termed President Donald Trump’s statement about the long occupation of Gaza Strip ridiculous and a bit to keep the enclave on fire.

Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri called U.S. President Donald Trump’s takeover of Gaza “ridiculous and unreasonable,” saying such inappropriate ideas could ignite a fire in the region.

In Pakistan, Hamas spokesman Khalid Quddoumi said in his statement that Gaza will be rebuilt and will rise stronger than before, there can be no compromise on the rights of the Palestinians.

Khalid Quddumi said: “With the help of Allah, we have defeated Israel, the Israeli army will not exist in Gaza.”

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese meanwhile strongly reacted to the US president’s statement and said it was unfortunate. He said that hus country supported a two-state solution as a permanent solution to the Middle East conflict.

U.S. Democratic Senator Chris Murphy said any U.S. attack on Gaza would kill thousands of troops and lead to decades of war in the Middle East.
