NIH confirms new strain of corona virus in Pakistan

 

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has confirmed the presence of a new strain of corona in Pakistan in the UK. The National Command and Operations Center was told that two Pakistani nationals from the UK had contracted the dangerous B1.1.7 virus.

The meeting of the National Command and Operations Center reviewed the current situation of Corona virus in the country, government measures and implementation of SOPs. During the meeting, it was informed in a briefing by the National Institutes of Health that repatriation from UK. A new strain of corona virus has been confirmed in two Pakistanis.
