RAWALPINDI: Pakistan were all out for 274 runs ion the second day of their second Test match with Bangladesh at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Saturday.
The first day match could not be played due to rain in the Pindi stadium on Aug 30. On the second day on Saturday, Bangladesh captain Najmul Hassan won the toss and decided to bowl. Abdullah Shafiq and Saim Ayub started Pakistan’s innings but Shafiq was bold in the first over by Taskin Ahmed.
After his departure, Saim Ayub piled up 107 runs in partnership with captain Shan Masood. Masood then was declared LBW after scoring 57 runs. Saim Ayub followed him soon after making 58 runs. Salman Agha with 54 runs remained the third top scorers and other batters could not stay at the crease and were all out for 274.
It may be noted here that Bangladesh has already won the first Test match at the same stadium and now has one-0 lead against the host team.
