Pakistan, Qatar Agree to Boost Education & Technical Training Cooperation

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Qatar have agreed to enhance cooperation in the fields of education and technical and vocational training, officials said.

Wajeeha Qamar held an important meeting with Ali bin Mubarak Al Khater at the Qatari Embassy, where both sides discussed expanding partnerships in technical and vocational education.

During the meeting, it was agreed to broaden student and teacher exchange programmes between the two countries and to explore new scholarship opportunities for Pakistani students.

The discussions also emphasized equipping young people with modern skills in line with global market demands. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening institutional linkages and improving capacity-building in the education sector.
