Prime Minister Shehbaz embarks on two-day Türkiye visit

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday left for Ankara on a two-day official visit to Türkiye.

During the visit, he will meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The two leaders will discuss bilateral relations, as well as regional and global issues.

The visit is taking place on the invitation of President Erdoğan. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Attaullah Tarar, and Tariq Fatemi are accompanying the Prime Minister.

In addition to his meeting with the Turkish President, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also scheduled to hold meetings with other important Turkish officials.
