ISLAMABAD: The Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment has announced the temporary suspension of fee collection services at Protector of Immigrants offices across the country due to unforeseen technical issues.
This has caused disruptions in routine operations for citizens seeking employment abroad.
According to an official statement, the system failure has affected daily services at all Protector offices, delaying multiple administrative processes related to overseas employment documentation. The bureau confirmed that the issue has made it impossible to process fee submissions for the time being.
Authorities have advised individuals planning to travel abroad for work to avoid visiting the offices unnecessarily and to wait for further instructions until the system is fully restored. Officials emphasized that this precaution is necessary to prevent inconvenience and save time and resources for applicants.
The Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment assured the public that efforts are underway to resolve the technical problem at the earliest and that normal operations will resume soon.
Citizens will be informed immediately once the system is restored and services are fully functional.
