MANILA: At least seven people are missing after two small boats capsized in an island in Philippines, police said on Friday.
The incident occured due to highly windy and inclement weather in the waters. The missing persons write all locals and they were being searched.
According to the police, soon after the incident, four people travelling in one of the two boats were rescued while all seven in the other boat could not be reached and were swept away.
