LAHORE: The 32nd Textile Asia International Exhibition opened at the Lahore Expo Centre, bringing together leading textile manufacturers, investors and buyers from around the world.
Recognised as South Asia’s largest exhibition for textile, garment machinery and digital technology, the event features more than 2,000 international brands and over 425 companies.
Delegations from China, Türkiye, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Russia and several other countries are participating in the exhibition.
Textile Asia 2026 is showcasing the latest machinery, digital technologies, value-added textile products and innovations aimed at boosting exports and industrial growth.
The event also includes the Eco Textile Conference 2.0, where participants will discuss green manufacturing, renewable energy, the circular economy and emerging global industry trends.
Foreign exhibitors described the exhibition as an effective platform for investment, technology transfer and industrial collaboration in Pakistan. Investors, particularly from China and other countries, expressed strong interest in expanding investment and business partnerships in Pakistan’s textile sector.
Supported by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), the exhibition is expected to create new opportunities for investment, technological advancement, exports and industrial development in Pakistan.
