KOHAT: A tragic road accident occurred in Dera Ismail Khan when a vehicle from the convoy of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Maulana Asjad Mehmood lost control near Wanda York.
The accident claimed the lives of two volunteers and left another injured.
Police reported that the vehicle slipped off the CPEC Motorway due to slippery conditions. Maulana Asjad Mehmood, son of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, was unharmed.
