Pakistan secured its place in the semifinals of the Central Asian Volleyball Championship after recording a fourth consecutive victory in the tournament.
In their fourth match, Pakistan defeated Uzbekistan in straight sets, winning 25-13, 25-22, and 25-18. The convincing 3-0 triumph maintained Pakistan’s unbeaten run and confirmed its qualification for the last four.
On the fifth day of the championship, Sri Lanka defeated Kazakhstan, while Bangladesh overcame Nepal in the day’s other fixtures.
The Central Asian Volleyball Championship is currently being held at the Pakistan Sports Complex, where teams from across the region are competing for the title.
Pakistan will now look to carry its impressive form into the semifinal stage as it continues its pursuit of the championship trophy.
