RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s armed forces have warned that any future aggression or hostile action against the country will receive a “stronger and more decisive response” than before, according to a statement issued on the first anniversary of “Operation Marka-e-Haq.”
The statement paid tribute to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for what it described as a historic defense of the country’s airspace during last year’s confrontation with India. According to the statement, the PAF demonstrated exceptional operational readiness, professionalism, and courage during the conflict.
The armed forces said the operation strengthened national confidence and highlighted Pakistan’s modern air warfare capabilities. The statement emphasized that the PAF is evolving into a future-ready force through advanced technology, smart systems, and multi-domain operational expertise.
Pakistan’s military reiterated that the country seeks peace and regional stability, but stressed that national sovereignty and security would be defended at all costs. The statement added that the armed forces remain fully aware of changing geopolitical developments and regional military preparations.
“Any aggression or hostile intentions against Pakistan will be met with greater strength, precision, and resolve,” the statement said.
The armed forces also praised PAF officers and personnel for their sacrifices, dedication, and professional excellence, calling their role in defending Pakistan’s airspace a “bright chapter” in the country’s military history.
The statement concluded by reaffirming confidence in the Pakistan Air Force, describing it as “Second to None” and a continuing symbol of national pride, strength, and trust.
