Canada’s new Prime Minister Mark Carney has announced early elections in the country.
Mark Carney announced early elections in the country on April 28 to give his government a strong mandate.
He said:” “I have asked the Governor General to dissolve Parliament and call an election for 28 April.”
Canada’s 343 seats will be contested between the Liberal Party and the Conservative Party.
The Canadian Prime Minister suggested a tax cut for the middle class and said that US President Trump wants to break us. So that they can govern us. We are facing a crisis due to Trump’s unfair tariff and trade measures.
It should be noted that on March 14, the leader of the ruling Liberal Party of Canada, Mark Carney, was sworn in as the 24th Prime Minister of the country.
Earlier, Justin Trudeau announced his resignation as prime minister in January under pressure over inflation and threats of a trade war with the United States.
